Ideally, candidates will have experience working with people with disabilities. Those wishing to enter the field are also encouraged to apply. Training is provided with the goal of becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Technicians who wish to become BCBAs may be provided with supervision and mentorship.
